  • Integrated Massage

    30 minutes: $50 | 60 minutes: $90 | 90 minutes: $130

The integrated massage is tailored to fit your goals; being working on problem areas of tension and pain, restrictions in range of motion, improving postural alignment, relaxation, or "all of the above"! I would use a variety of techniques from my bag of tricks learned from over 30 years of continuing education classes learned while I was working as a Physical Therapist Assistant, to today in my Massage Therapist role. Some types of manual therapy modalities I may use include Swedish (relaxation) strokes, Deep Tissue releases, Myofascial Release, Sports massage techniques, Reiki, Trigger Point therapy, cupping, and Craniosacral techniques.

The pressure and depth of treatments depend on what you need and want to have the best possible experience. Each massage is designed specifically for you and your needs for that day. I am a goal-oriented practitioner who looks at the whole person in front of me and you will be the focus of every session.

  • Sports Massage

    30 minutes: $50 | 60 minutes: $90

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

  • Cancer/Oncology Massage

    40 minutes: $80

Oncology Massage is a special type of massage developed specifically for cancer patients. Cancer patients have unique needs which must be addressed to make sure that a massage is beneficial to their health. I focus my attention on creating a gentle, nurturing environment for you to relax into. I have taken an intensive oncology course from the well respected, Tracy Walton, who has led the industry in the safety and care of people throughout their cancer journey, using massage. Your comfort is, as always, a priority.

  • Myofascial Release

    30 minutes: $50 | 60 minutes: $90

Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.
